Public art project encourages Charleston residents to “Go West!”
                                   
        West Side Main Street, a program of West Virginia State University Extension Service, is encouraging Charleston residents to “Go West!” with a new art project designed to showcase the city’s West Side as a diverse community with a sense of place.
