Wreath Making Workshop

What better way to have a memorable holiday season than to take part in a holiday tradition of making your own wreath. The workshop runs from 11:30am until 1:30pm, but participants only need a half an hour to make a wreath.

10 tips for active business meetings

  1. Include activity breaks on the agenda so people can plan ahead. 
  2. Announce a casual dress code to encourage participation.
  3. Schedule 15-minute stretch and exercise breaks for the morning and afternoon. Pick a group member to lead activities that are fun and safe for all members.
  4. Leave time for physical activity at lunch.
